Isla-3 months

Miss Isla Reid is making her debut on the Sweet Pea blog! This is my newest niece. She is a 27 baby too! Stella was Oct. 27, Daphne was Aug. 27 and Isla is Sept. 27!!! Love it. Anyway, I was able to capture some photos while I was in Chicago for Christmas. Aren't they sweet or what?!

Scarlett-6 months

Scarlett is 6 months old. It doesn't seem that long ago that I was getting the phone call to head to the hospital for her birth-day!!! She is so cute, just like her 3 big sisters and they all seem to look so much alike. She is just a pretty little baby. She was all about the pictures at first, but at the end she did not want to have anything to do with me. And isn't the picture of her with her grandparents just so sweet! I love it. Anyway....here is the sneak....

Tatum-7 days new

Meet Ms. Tatum! I just love taking pictures of newborns. They are just so sweet and squishy and cuddly. Tatum was so cute and just a doll. Her brothers are pretty darn cute too! Here is your sneak peek!

Frankie-6 months

OMG! Is she adorable or what?! The last time I saw Ms. Frankie she was a little peanut and now she is sitting up on her own and has such a cute smile. I just love it when I come to sessions and parents have great ideas ready to go! That happened twice this weekend and it is so fun! Here is your sneak peek!

Haywood Family

Here is a sneak peek of the Haywood Family. Aren't they just a beautiful family or what?! I had so much fun capturing their family and hope to do it again. The girls remind me of my own and they are the same age too! I can't imagine adding another one, but they do it so effortlessly! Here you go!

Liam- 9 months

Here is a small sneak peak of Mr. Kunderman! I cannot believe that the next time I see him he will be celebrating his first birthday! His mom had a great idea for their christmas card! You just have to love pinterest! And isn't the converse picture just priceless! Love it.

Malin Family

Sneak 1 of 5 set to go! It was so great to see the Malin Family again! It has been about 2 years since the last time I did a session with them and they have grown by 2 feet! We headed to the Jewel Box for this awesome family shoot. And how did I forget about the Jewel Box! Great location for a winter shoot!!!! Anyway, we had a great time and the boys are just adorable! Thank You and the New Year!

Wow! What a year I have had and I owe it to all of my clients! I have done over 100 photo shoots this past year and I honestly cannot believe it. I have gotten to know so many great families and kiddos this past year. I have seen babies born, babies grow, families come together and much more. I honestly do love photography and it gives me that creative outlet that I need. I have enjoyed learning my new camera and you all letting me try some new techniques with you and your family or children. I am looking forward to a new year and getting to watch your families grow even more. I hope you continue to like the job that I do with your pictures.
In the 2013 I am changing things just a little bit. With doing so many shoots and building my business my family has suffered a little bit. And as much as I love being with you and your family, I need to be with mine and be with my girls while they still want to be with me. No, I am not quitting, but I will be taking limited number of clients per month. I am going to be taking on 8 sessions a month and in the busy seasons up to 10 sessions a month. So please if you would like me to do your pictures inquire early ;)
I also will be raising my fee just a bit. I still stand behind my philosophy of affordable photography. A regular family/maternity session will be raised by $10 and only cost $75. My bitty baby session will now be $95. I do not plan on raising them again after this year. I feel that this is a very fair price and for what you receive you won't find many other photographers out their that do this. They actually look down upon me for doing this, but many people cannot afford to pay what some photographers charge, I know I cannot and I would never have nice family pictures done. I want you to be able to have a session done without it costing a fortune and for you to be able to print what you would like from those pictures. These are some of the memories we will never be able to replace and I want to be a part of that for you!

Daphne-3 months

Here is my sweet niece, Daphne! I had the pleasure of keeping her overnight last night for the first time and then doing her 3 month photos today! She is just getting so big and look at those big baby blues! She looks just like her daddy, sorry sister. You do get used to hearing it after you have two that look like their dad. And Katie was so excited when I pulled the big bow out of my bag. I am having a shirt made that says...So what if my bow is bigger than my head! Anyway, here is your sneak.

Ella-6 months

OMG! I totally want to post more than just one, but I know so many are using pictures for gifts and I DO NOT want to ruin surprises. So here is one beautiful picture of Ms. Ella! I can't wait until after xmas to show a few. Here mom was creative!

Carter-7 months

Is he the cutest little elf you have ever seen! Carter was a champ during his photo shoot and clothes changes. I just love these christmas ones!

Fluchel Girls-1 yr.

I just think these two are just so adorable! I really don't know how parents of twins do it! I can barely manage Stella and they do it with two all the time! Anyway, don't they look so sweet in their christmas dresses! Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday Natalie and Ellie

Alyssa and Zach-Engaged

Meet Alyssa and Zach! I met Alyssa this year and she is AMAZING. She is the new music teacher at work and I just love her energy and love for music and teaching. She is from Chicago and so I have a special place for people who are from Chicago since that is where my hubby is from. Anyway, we headed to Laumeier for this shoot and it was great. I forget how easy it is to take pics of adults....I totally overshot, but that is okay. I had so much fun. Alyssa and Zach I hope you like your sneak peek! Cain Family

Meet the Cain family! I met Stephanie through an awesome co-worker who gave me a referral! Stephanie and her boys were so fun to meet and we had a beautiful day in November to work with. Thank goodness we opted to do change from today to yesterday! We headed to one of my favorite parks for pictures and I got to run around with her boys. Boys are so fun to capture because it is much more of a challenge. Adam did not, and I mean did not want to have anything to do with me, but I ended up capturing his sweet smile and little personality. I hope you like your sneak peek!
